Application Forms
Top Tips
Start by photocopying the form and work out your answers in rough.
The form must be completed in full following instructions and do not substitute a CV if an application form is required.
Remember to use 'active verbs' and give examples of successfully demonstrating employability skills. Use the STAR formula: outline the situation; what was the task required; explain your action; what was the result.
Go to the Employability Skills section of this Guide as a starting point.
