Top Tips

Before attempting a CV or completing an application form, start by doing a self-review and create a profile of your skills and achievements.

Identify the skills essential or desirable for the occupation of your choice and match these to yourself.

Promote the skills and competencies you have developed on your course, in addition to academic course content - e.g. written and verbal communication, team work, leadership, problem solving, giving presentations, IT, time management.
