European Union Students From Outside the UK
Additional information for an EU national (excluding UK) from a member country, migrant worker from within the EEA (European Economic Area) and Switzerland or child of a Turkish worker.
EEA countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden; plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway (which are not EU members).
Citizens of Bulgaria and Romania do not have full EU rights until 2014.
Switzerland has similar rights to EEA countries.
