Students joining the Watersports Academy will work towards a Level 2 or a Level 3 qualification in Sport Development or Sport Outdoor Adventure. Membership of the Academy will provide an ideal opportunity for any keen sports or outdoor enthusiasts wanting to develop their abilities. Importantly, students will need to be dedicated and committed to their chosen discipline. Academy membes will be encouraged to take advantage of the south coast’s many facilities and natural resources, and to get involved in a broad range of water sports focusing on sailing, and including windsurfing, powerboating and kayaking.
